Flowerpots in Downtown
Our flowerpot program aligns perfectly with the Kirkland Downtown Association’s mission to help make downtown vibrant, connected and flourishing. Having a flowerpot is a perfect opportunity to honor a loved one, promote your business or send our community an uplifting message such as the one on the corner of Central Way and Market Street which reads “#wegotthisKirkland”. During the middle of a pandemic, we have loved being able to walk downtown to pick up lunch or run an errand and see the beautiful flowers sprinkled throughout. We have heard of some families creating a new tradition of walking down to see their flowerpots on the holidays. We hope to continue to spread the joy of flowers in 2021 through recommitments and new commitments from other community members and businesses.
